The apartment has two balconies with view to the street, it is in the heart of Alto Palermo, near by restaurants, mall, shops and transportation by bus and subway. Palermo is one of the best areas with beatiful parks to walk.

This was a great place to stay. Walking distance from a lot of great places to visit. My family and I had four different apartments, checking in was easy and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The spaces were clean and the staff was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The coffee shop next door was awesome and convenient. We would definitely stay here the next time we come to Argentina.

Babel Alto is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. There is a bakery/coffee shop located beside Babel Alto, Nucha, where you can have breakfast, coffee, sandwiches, and all sorts of pastries. Uber rides are very cheap, so you can take Uber to a lot of places of interest, from Babel Alto. The check-in procedure was very smooth - it was all online. They'll give you the access code to the main door and the code to get your key. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. The air conditioner/heater was in good working condition. The only downside with an apartment is that it's not a hotel where you can get daily housekeeping. There is no housekeeping, or I should say cleaning is done every 7 days - but there were enough toiletries. Another downside was the hot water was very limited, so you cannot take a hot shower for more than 15 minutes, and hot water takes 25 minutes. The shower enclosure was also not great, so water went all over the floor. But these are small things I can live with. I will book Babel Alto again if and when I go back to Buenos Aires. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I communicated with them through WhatsApp. I requested a late checkout, and they were okay with it.

The apartment is extremely dated. Things can be old and I’m okay with that, but this was just disgusting. The walls and floor had markings on it. The curtains had stains all over it

I chose this place because I had stayed here two years ago and it was OK. I booked one night; my flight home was the following night, so I asked if I could book an extra half day. They said I couldn’t, so I booked two nights, which I accepted. When I booked this second time, the advertisement and my booking confirmation mentioned an airport shuttle (for an extra fee). I was traveling alone with my baby and a toddler, so that service was important to me. After making the reservation I contacted the property about the shuttle; they replied that they were no longer offering it. Check-in was smooth. However: -The balcony window wouldn’t lock; it was broken. -The bathroom window couldn’t be closed properly and cold air came in. -The shower had no hot water. The manager sent maintenance and said the water heater was broken; they offered another apartment, so I moved my things. In the new apartment the shower also had no hot water. -The bidet wasn’t working. We were unable to have a hot shower for two days. I asked politely if we could receive a refund, but they did not respond. Not recommended

The studio was very bland, no decor and pretty sparing for a long term stay. Comfort is not something I would use to describe the studio. The wifi was also pretty poor which made working difficult, a router would have been helpful. The television was old and not a Smart TV and only local channels in Spanish. The staff was friendly and helpful if there were an issue. All and all it wasn't a bad stay, but these studios arent the best for a longer term stay where you want to feel more at home.

The building service team provided services for store luggages for free which give us flexibility to participate city tour and other activities before or after checkin/ checkout. Highly recommend Babel Alto apartment hotel! It will be our first choice when we visit Buenos Aires again. Xiaoli
