This place is a vibe, the staff are helpful and the amenities are clean. They threw a New Years party with tunes and trivia which was fun and a good opportunity to get to know others staying at the hostel. Great location near museums, the water, food and subway.

Super recomendada! Me quedé una noche y todo muy limpio y organizado. Tienen un bar, baños por todos lados y las habitaciones bie grades con Tod bien cerrado.

It was wonderful time, this place is home! Staff very helpful and friendly go above and beyond. Will stay again!

Has basically everything you could want, rooms are quiet and tidy and have a curtain per bed for privacy, the staff are amazing, and always host fun activities daily

Shopping is very close. Room was clean as can be. One staff was super nice. Usually had night and day activity. Liked it.

Very nice hostel. We were a group of four and had our own room with washroom which was nice. There is a kitchen with water and a bar. Though they don't allow smoking inside, their patio is open to communal spaces so did smell like smoke at times. There was a bar but it was quiet even on a Friday so didn't keep us up. Luggage storage is only for the day, not longer term, which sucks since we are going to Uruguay and wanted to leave a couple bags behind. They wouldn't call us a cab so we had to walk all our stuff to our next destination (no Uber wanted to pick us up for the short distance) so that was a pain.

My mother and I enjoyed our stay in the Mafalda room. The staff is very friendly and the hostel in a very good condition. Our room was quite spacious. The walls are a bit thin though and we got woken up several nights by people chatting in the hallway. The check in process took quite a while as there were 4 couples ahead of us… between the passport photocopies and showing everyone to their room on other floors, we waited for about 30 minutes after 11pm.

I really enjoyed my three weeks at Che Juan. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The place is kept very clean thanks to an impressive and dedicated team, who in fact make sure that everything is as it should be multiple times each day. The location is perfect for visiting all over Buenos Aires by foot. Another standout feature of Che Juan is that there are many ample spaces where guests can go to read, write, relax, enjoy the complimentary coffee and filtered water or tea. There are two kitchens available for guest use. Also, a same-day turn around laundry service. All in all, a perfect budget accommodation for travelers like me, who are travelling far and wide.

Everything was clean, big rooms with curtains for your bed, great staff, great vibe. Only thing was spotty wi-fi

A very comfy stay at downtown. The place has been well managed, also appreciate it well represented what a hostel mean to be.

My only complaint was some noisy fellow travellers keeping me up at night.

The location, price, staff friendliness and service is amazing! I was surprised overall since this is my first hostel experience. Sharing room with other people wasn’t bad at all. I haven’t lost any thing and some of my roommates became my friend.This is one of the gem of Buenos Aires!!!
