Hotel bem simples, os funcionários não fazem questão de ajudar. No primeiro dia perguntei se o estacionamento era aquele ali na frente do hotel, disseram que não mas que poderia deixar por lá, no penúltimo dia já me disseram que ali era proibido e que deveria procurar outra vaga. No café da manhã solicitei cadeirinha para o bebê, pediram para aguardar e estou aguardando até agora. Café bem simples também, nem tem frutas, na verdade tem uma “salada de frutas” mas parece mais um suco com frutas raladas. Na nossa última noite, chegamos cansados do passeio e não pudemos tomar banho porque não tinha água quente no hotel e nem tinha previsão para restabelecer. Só sei porque descemos e questionamos porque quando liguei do quarto para avisar que não tinha água quente só me disseram: “bueno” e desligaram. Gente, pagar um hotel e não poder tomar um banho? Dar banho no meu bebê? Pior experiência…

It was good overall but lack a bit of personal touch and attention to detail. Reception staff were so lovely and informative, breakfast was extensive and great location.
