Fuimos 4 amigas. Nos sentímo muy cómodas. Las instalaciones inmejorables, disfrutamos de la pileta y las actividades programadas. El personal es muy amable especialmente los mozos en el restaurante (nos atendieron Nicolás y Ezequiel) La comida riquísima, pero un atentado a la silueta. Por lo que proponemos una opción con media pensión. Un hotelpara volver... Gracias

Beautiful hotel, great decoration details, clean. Rooms are very confortable, clean, peaceful. Bathrooms in room have the thermal water , amazing bathtub.
Great indoor - outdoor pool! Nice activities.
The Spa is unique! Even you have a coach who guides you to enjoy the best from the "thermal circuit".
Food really good and excellent night shows.
They even went for me to the airport.

Some of staff is rude and unpleasant mainly staff at the restaurant i believe he is the only man wearing glasses as waiter but he should not be working in a restaurant or a hotel the man has bad manners and is poor waiter.
pool area and reception are fine.
Food is not so good the rice taste of being cooked in dirty or old water.
very little flavour in the food.

Ok. If you are like me and are crazy about thermal waters, go for it. The city itself is not much ( although there is a car race track and an impressive automobile museum, a little urban park and damm!) . Said that, there is the “all inclusive part” which I hate, but people seem to enjoy! Hotel is big, and I guess is the best in town! SPA massage was formidable and there were the waters, of course.

El hotel es muy lindo. La gente muy amable. Muy buena limpieza. Para tener en cuenta, todo lo que se consuma fuera de desayuno, y almuerzo y cena, no está incluido. Las dos comidas principales son a la carta, los bueno es que son flexibles y permiten quitar o agregar cosas de los platos.
Los chicos de masajes son muy profesionales y el circuito hídrico es fuerte pero controlado por profesionales. (Tenga cuidado con las puertas de los ascensores que se cierran y te golpean)
