Adelaide Rockford

Great place to stay for a getaway, the pool is amazing and the room was very clean and tidy , second time staying will be back again.

This property vwas great we had a ling roon the room was very spacious and everything in it bed was super comfortable

I'm becoming a bit of a regular here now. Managed to utilise he awesome rooftop pool area again, which was lots of fun. Some friends and I had a happy hour drink at the bar, which was an absolute bargain! Cheers Rocko. :D

I was expecting a microwave and water bottle and milk in the fridge

Check in was a breeze, in contact prior to my booking to see if there was anything they could help with. Through out stay, checked to see if needed anything. Housekeeping were amazing and lovely. All staff at reception were lovely to talk to and knowledgeable. Professional at all times. Parking made easy by paying a fee (which I would have had to pay for off site anyway). Definitely recommend and will return for next holiday. Only gripe, Cafe's closed on Saturdays and Sundays? Adelaide, come on? Seriously, how can that be? Had to walk twice the distance to get coffee on the weekend... all of 500m :) but 3 cafes within 100m closed for the weekend, how you gonna do a tourist like that, Adelaide? :)

The furniture in the room was old, marked and stained. There were stains on the curtains. The lighting was all cheap ultra white LEDs. Room looked spray painted white, and the room had a bad odour. No double glazing and lots of road noise. Not a bad room, but just extremely overpriced for the quality of the room compared to what else is in the same price point.

While the hotel was clean and staff friendly, there is a definite impression of lack of investment. No smart TV, USB charging points which are to be expected. Bedding sheets were generally clean but looked old and frayed. Pool gates had not been maintained and one had no lock. Can be very noisy on a weekend with music and cars nearby. Good access to public transport. Still enjoyed our stay.

The young lady who checked me in has amazing eyelashes. They were so robust and welcoming. When she blinked, they created a soothing breeze. Another awesome stay, by the way!

Had a lovely stay at Adelaide Rockford. Service was good and friendly. Room was a good size. Loved the rooftop pool. Watch if you have a car as parking - for us anyway - was not free (admittedly this was called out in emails),

The hotel doesn't have a gym in there, and need to get the card from the reception everytime to go to the gym. Otherwise, it was great.

Was a lovely room , but aircon didn’t work very well and the room was not cool enough Was a restless sleep

I have stayed at the rockford many times between 2020-2022, and was always given great service,the same room and most times an allocated car park. This this staff did their best to give me,not the same(as it was booked) but one almost exactly the same one floor down. Thats just great customer service

Found this hotel online and didn't expect too much based on the price. The reviews were pretty good so we booked it. But it was fantastic. The only disadvantage was where hotel was located, quite a few homeless people who were clearly under the influence, seem to be around the area. But in saying that, it is a great location where we were able to walk to all places in and around Adelaide. Breakfast was great too!

The staff were particularly helpful and my upgrade was appreciated. The food in the restaurant was excellent

We’re from Adelaide and have stayed at many hotels for city centre events. This rates among top 3 for size of rooms cleanliness location staff and breakfast buffet. Super impressed

Great location, convenient parking underneath with lift, very comfortable bed, yummy breakfast

The roof top pool was a highlight along with fantastic customer service
