Close to the airport was a plus. Also found the service to get better. They remembered my subsequent visits and gave me better rooms with each stay. Thank you

The property is only a few hundred metres from Mascot station, making it convenient for visitors to catch the train to the airport terminals. It is also very close to a number of good restaurants and cafes. There is an Asian restaurant attached to the hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet.

A very basic property - threadbare carpet level one passageway appears not to have been repaired for sometime. minimum guest room ammenities - eg: no FOC bottled water - one box tissues for apartment and just one towel per guest although a plus was FOC parking

We have stayed in the Adina Apartment hotel Sydney airport on many occasions. It is conveniently located and fine for our use. It is, however, looking tired and could do with updating.

Great place to stay. Close to the airport. Lots of food options close by. Clean and comfortable rooms

Liked that it was clean and close to airport. The two bedroom apartment was ample for our family of four. Loved that it had a washer and dryer too!

This hotel is super convenient to the train station and the airport. We have stayed here a few times. It suits the purpose, and there is plenty of room. The last time we stayed in this hotel, we were woken up by house keeping, and then they opened the door to come in. Then later we were still in bed and housekeeping knocked and opened the door again. Then again later with the do-not-disturb sign posted outside the door, housekeeping knocked again and opened the door while I was getting dressed! So stay at this hotel at your own risk.

Have stayed at the Adina Apartments in Mascot many times. Either before or after a trip as an airport shuttle is available (at a small cost). Often when meeting up in Sydney I prefer to stay here as it’s only a five minute walk from the railway station and a ten minute train ride to the city. Stayed in interconnecting rooms as we were four friends who required a bed each - 4 single beds provided which were very comfortable.

Would definitely stay here again, very convenient location to airport and parking. Excellent reception staff and property amenities. Well done Adina

Good hotel with eating and drinking utensils.

I enjoy my stays here. This is the third time. Good location for the Airport.

Close to airport. Not far from grocery store- was possible to walk.

The staff were pleasant , the room was clean with great amenities. Traffic outside a little noisy and you could hear noise from other rooms or passage. We have stayed before in other room & did not have the noise problems

Where to start… we stayed here for 4 nights, we spent a entire day up in the mountains at the snow only to come back and find the windows open in our room and the room absolutely freezing! Tried to turn the heater on but they had restricted the use of our heater/aircon. Tried calling reception but no answer as it was getting late, so we froze all night and had barely any sleep. Tried to find a spare blanket in the cupboards and there were none, our doona didn’t even have a cover on it the whole time. No spare towels either. Our microwave didn’t work so the meals we brought couldn’t be cooked. Their website states laundry service and facility’s. Asked reception where we could wash our washing and they point to down the street at a laundromat. We were not walking down the street with our dirty undies and socks! All electronics in the room were very dated. Room service did not come and give us fresh sheets or towels on the 3rd day as stated on their website we had to call and ask. But the main thing was the heater, they control your heater from down stairs, they can turn it off when they please and change the temp on you. Asked them to turn it on for us as we were freezing only to get to hot and then not be able to turn it off!! Absolutely ridiculous, we are paying for the room and the amenities we should be to use the heating whenever we like and turn it off when ever we like!
