The Alto is so conveniently placed for my visit. Close to shops, and transport. The room was so quiet, and the bed was amazing. The staff are great and made me feel welcomed.

A couple of small issues were raised with the staff and recognised and attended to.

Location was great, the room and hotel were not as good.
The king bed is two single beds pushed together that come apart during the night.
So many cameras and signs for hotel rules, you feel very watched but not for safety or security, more so that you could be fined.
