Apartments Melbourne Domain - City Lofts

We had trouble checking in. there is no front office staying at the apartment. We have to initiative ourselves to call several parties. After almost 2 hours we can check-in. So sad.

I came to apartment more earlier, could not find any people that I could ask for. I did call the CS and took around 30 mins to cascade to Melb CS. They did not contact me before to explain how to get the keys, who’s going to contact me, the deposit approval docs etc. We had to wait for more than 2hrs. Hard to communicate with the Apart Melb Domain people, the services bad and the apartment’s room not really clean which I mentioned that really high allergy. We found dirty carpet in bedroom & water puddle surface/leaking in bedroom window. Very disappointed services and quality of cleanliness. Not satisfied. Not recommended. Thank you

This apartment hotel is perfect for a family vacation with 2 children. With an adequate bunkbed, it is quite fun for children, even with teens. The location is also quite close to interesting locations both for shopping, eating and interesting places that are instagramable. Also close to the night market which has a variety of good food. What was unfortunate at the time we stayed there was Wi-fi that didn't work at all and a sink that didn't drain well so the water stagnated long enough before it was wasted. Overall, this place can be quite recommended for a place to stay while in Melbourne.

The bathroom lights were off, WiFi did not work until the last day of stay, the dryer did not work.

Initially rather difficult process because upon our arrival there is not the receptionist who helped us check in .. 2 hours waiting, asked here and there finally came his apartment agent. After entering the room did not disappoint very nice neat clean all equipment available and functioning well, view is also good because in downtown melbourne with pemandagan city. Want to travel around the city also close to where .. Kaami will stay here again when we visit melbourne.

Overall good but aaat want to check in there is no receptionis and this is very confused do not know want to hubungin who when I want to check in because I arrived at 19.00 melbourne time, luckily there is a building builder who help us telephon to city loft unt ask about check in Then we send a new passport in love pin code to take out buildibg key in 1 box. I have never experienced a check in apartment this way. For the apartment, the location is very good.
