My partner love the Arkaba Hotel he has stayed there 52 times for business, and he loves it there for the rooms, the meals the easy access to our customers as we travel for work there, he can work from his room and eats in the sports bar. The staff are great as well, happy customer and the price on expedia is cheaper than the hotel.

Was on the fifth floor and it sounded like a construction site from the floor above timber floors the people above me had kids running around all night the noise was shocking I will never stay on the 5 th floor again and it was a free up grade it was punishment I must say

Well run hotel - made you feel like it was a family business. Staff were knowledgeable, plentiful, and friendly. Facilities excellent.
Delicious food and lovely quality.
The only two circumstances I could possibly fault were that it's on a very busy intersection and tends to be noisy overnight, and the bathroom floor was sticky from residual cleaning fluid, which was remedied very quickly.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful, couldn’t fault them for anything.

We found mould was on our bed linen. Was given a $100 food voucher and the manager was very apologetic. Disappointed in an understatement. My daughter had day surgery on Friday on her mouth and had been in the bed and on the linen and pillows. She was sick on Saturday and is still unwell today.
