Didn't let me in after multiple attempts.
They lied and said i never turned up but then told me that I left after 40 minutes.
No refund or accountability whatsoever and terrible untrustworthy people.

Had a family medical emergency happen overnight, meaning couldn't stay at accommodation, staff were very rude when I was explaining the situation and requesting a refund under the exceptional circumstances, to go towards an airfare to see sick family member,I was told I should have been more "clever" when making the booking. Very comfy bed, nice en suite, and friendly hosts. Operating under covid protocols meant we weren't able to access a space with dining table or chairs for our meals though. Work desk and chair good for working on laptops, but Wifi not strong enough to enable good zoom or microsoft teams online meetings, using cellphone as mobile hotspot required for that.

The owners really take a lot of care and pride in the comfort of the rooms and ensuring that you have everything you need and were lovely to talk to. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever stayed in, access to a kitchenette was great, and there were little touches like a slice of cake on arrival and a chocolate after my room had been made up. Parking was right out front (and free) and the place was easy to get to from the airport. There are shops a short drive away. I'll be back for sure!
