I've stayed there a couple of time now. Positive experience. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. I'd certainly stay there again. A couple of very minor things... 1. The toilet roll holder in the room was a bit loose. 2. The underground car park was closed one night when I arrived back at about 7pm. The concierge did offer to open it up for me, but I'd already parked elsewhere. 3. On our last night no hand towels or bath mats were provided but I did get an extra towel.

Easy to deal with, great food next door, great size rooms and extremely comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff; I enjoyed my stay and will be back next time I'm in Brisbane on business. Thanks for having me.

The property is conveniently located near many Brisbane suburbs. But if you have anything you want to do in the city center, it's best to take a commuter train in. As for the room itself, it was clean-ish, but the carpet was sticky. The bed was fine. There's a very basic suburban bar attached to the hotel with decent food. The staff of the hotel are all super friendly.

the music from the functions on friday and saturday night was riddiculous, criminal that they can allow that to happen, never again

I stay there all the time while I’m visiting the business and for the cost of the rooms they could in better shape. For example last time I stayed the glass mosaic was coming off the wall the curtains are always damaged either stained or broken which is a shame considering everything else is fine with the venue and the rooms.
