We loved everything about this place. The room was huge, with a kitchenette and fantastic views over the lake. There was a back door that opened onto a big lawned area that led down to the lake, which was perfect for our dog.
The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

The room was not clean, paint was chipping in many places, exterior looked neglected.
There was no staff, the key was in a lock box with other people’s keys by name. Not secure.
Also, the room had two doors and when I got there the back door was open. I hardly slept, it felt creepy.

The room was dated and quite basic but fine for couple of days stay. The kitchen needed an upgrade yet sufficient however, if visiting longer, ensure to bring utensils and cleaning products.
The kitchen exhaust was broken, it looked like the pull switch had been painted stuck and I didnt want to yank too hard in case it broke. I didn't call maintenance as it looked like it needed a full replacement and I was able to cope with opening the front door and letting the room fan push odours out.
Coffee and tea was provided, but the small carton of milk provided in the bar fridge had expired in July 2025, luckily I bring my own on my travels!
I understand a reservations team handle.the bookings, so communication was very good prior to my arrival.
Recommendations: perform a maintenance audit on electricals and provide basic kitchen utensils, like kitchen tongs.
