It was my second time staying at this lovely hotel. All experiences were great. The room and its bathroom were clean, tidy, and spacious. The bed and towels were excellent, clean, and soft. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is at Perth City centre, closed to everywhere. There are a lot of restaurants, groceries, and chemists.

I thought the location was terrific, however the pipes are rusty. And carpet and interior old and decaying. I would have said poor but under the circumstances okay!

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The amenities were extremely basic with only a tube of shampoo/conditioner plus a 4cm square of soap provided to the room per person. The toilet cistern slowly ran water continuously. The entire Hotel requires renovating and repainting. However, it was suitable for a short stay, with the convenience of being in the middle of the City.

Room was not very clean; there was old dust on the TV and carpet could do with a wash. The bathroom sink tap was leaking. There was a grumpy, snappy staff in the evening but a lovely, friendly one in the morning. The location and price were the best features as it's right in the city centre. There's no parking but we didn't need one.

Such a lovely old art deco building, but what a shame it was looking soo tired. Room was clean but the whole thing looked soo run down. The restaurant below was closed down and the whole place looked like it was shut. Great location though

Excellent location and I liked the old style of this hotel. Clean but not fancy, solid bones, room was quiet and had what I needed. It's good basic accommodation and value for money. Right near shopping mall

Bathroom exhaust fan did not work because it was clogged up with dust floor mats very stained has tape holding sprinkler system and light has no toaster or microwave and no parking on premises the parking is so expensive it costs around $48 per day also beds very uncomfortable with stained blanket one chair for two people and balcony very dirty
