Room dusty and sheets dirty, noisy and surrounding noise of the room was so bad

everything was great from the room space, beddings, toilet/bath all clean just a little dust on walls and bed head.

Great location for the trade center. it is a quick walk across the bridge and easy to get to. I enjoyed being in a hotel more separate from the convention. Right on the water, easy walks or tram ride to any restaurant or site we wanted to see. You literally walk either side of the river and there are tons of options to eat/drink and see.

Great location, handy to the city and transport without being able to hear it all.

The only thing was when anyone used the toilets we could hear it running through the pipes and kept us awake most of the night. Apart from that we were really happy with everything else. Staff were really friendly and helpful from the time of arrival till the time we departed.

Lovely hotel and a very enjoyable stay. The location of Crowne Plaza Melbourne is excellent, with easy access to the riverfront, restaurants, public transport, and key Melbourne attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well presented, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and efficient service. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again.

No entrance and exit signs as there was roadworks. No communication at all. Also Our room Air con was keep making noise all night.

The rooms were good. The bed was very comfortable and also the pillows. However, the breakfast was much to be desired. There was a very long wait to receive made to order eggs, the pastry items and muffins don’t look to be made in house and looks like they’ve outsourced from another supplier - which is off putting. The baked beans, noodles scrambled eggs at the hot buffet looked like they’ve been sitting out for a long time and very dry. We paid for breakfast for 2 nights but didn’t bother eating the second day and ate from one of the many places on offer on Melbourne for a hearty meal. Also, the hotel is a bit inconvenient to get to and from. A lot of drivers don’t know where the entrance to the hotel is and miss it and you end up waiting a long time for a taxi. Plus there is a road closure at the moment which adds to the frustration. It is also a little out of the way from the city centre. So if you don’t know how to use trams or public transport, the taxi fares can be quite expensive. But the plus is that the customer service is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I would stay again if the breakfast was more to the standard, as that’s important for me personally.

Great spacious room and cleaned to a high standard. Loved how quiet it at night considering we’re in the middle of the city. Must have good soundproofing. Very friendly and helpful concierge and staff

A fantastic location. Room was compact, yet perfect for a one night staycation in the city. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great and everything was lovely and clean. Appreciated the pod coffee machine in the room as well. Highly recommend.
