Comfortable, well appointed. Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Convenient location in Terrigal.

I was impressed with our stay, the staff were great and the hotel and room looked alot better than online footage. The breakfasts were really good with amazing views and proactive staff visibly working hard to get everyone welcomed and seated. Unfortunately, however, this was the only meal that was good in our four days of dining. The rest of the food offered here, including room service, was very poor choice and quality, a stark contrast to the beautiful breakfasts Im afraid.

Great location. Good hotel. Parking fee is too high for guests booked at hotel. Could benefit with an extra barista working during morning busy breakfast shift.

I didn’t like the beds very used uncomfortable.

Look! It's a lovely hotel, beautifully positioned, immaculately clean and functional rooms etc. But little thing annoyed me. The check in was poor. After a wait of around 7 minutes, no apology. An then it just seemed an incredibly long process - much longer than most hotels. And with a prepaid booking, and my credit card already scanned, they bizarrely demanded Photo ID. In the lovely bathroom, with a lovely bath, the penny-pinching meant that all they provided was liquid soap, secured high on the wall in Fort Knox fashion, way above any reach from anyone in the bath. For heavens sake, Crowne Plaza, provide a small block of real soap. In summary, a hotel just not providing those elements which justify its high prices.

Lived the location and convenience to beach and restaurants. Enjoyed walking the beach areas and boardwalk

Super convenient

We booked what we believed to be a special room facing the ocean with a balcony. Huge mistake as it overlooked a club that hosted a rowdy noisy crowd of people until 2am the first night of our stay. Despite ear plugs and a sleeping pill for jet lag, no rest was to be had. The facility and rooms are dated and the entire facility needs modernization top to bottom. The air con wasn’t operating properly in the hotel restaurant and we needed blankets while eating. The location overlooking ocean is great but the hotel and surrounding venues did not lend themselves to a relaxing get away.

Service at check in was excellent. An older staff member served us on reception and she was a delight! Rooms were conveniently located and very clean. Hotel is due for a full renovation and not all rooms yet renovated. Breakfast offering was in need of an update in keeping with the ihg brand, currently very basic. Overall a good stay.
