Amazing location for tourists with ferries, tour pickups and free CAT bus at the door. Beautiful waterfront position with pubs and cafes, as well as hotel offerings. Friendly front desk staff. Rooftop Bar a highlight.

Ended up being a little disappointed in my first stay at the hotel/a Hilton. I think it probably wasn’t the best time to visit as I think some of the staff were a little burnt out. On arrival the gentleman at check in was kind of rude. Also had a similar experience with a woman at the concierge asking about the parking. That really needs to be fixed. We ended up having to speak to 3 different council check points on a 36 degree day before we could sort it out. Also our first night the pool area was in a bit of a state. No clear indication which towels were clean/dirty. The bartender was MIA and then they shut 1 hour early. Note this was not new years. Also the pool area can get super windy and cold even on a hot day. In saying that though the gentleman normally running the breakfast was very good (unfortunately he wasn’t working my first breakfast and I was left to fend for myself), and the room was always looked after very well, and it is quite close to everything.

Amazing location and the rooms were spectacular. Will stay there 100% again. We had a very late check in and the staff was amazing to deal with at night.

Fantastic views from our room with beautiful amenities including full size bath. The pool was beautiful.

Hotel was in a good location on edge of city (10min walk). Staff friendly and breakfast choice was always plentiful

This was an excellent hotel. Near ferry for Fremantle and Rottnest Island. Beautiful pool area overlooking the Swan. Gym with a view .The breakfast was good with healthy options . Would stay here again .

Hilton had the best bed for a good nights rest. Great location. Service was overall great but there was an Indian Manager who was not that pleasant. Coffee machine at the breakfast area kept breaking down.

Check in was fast & friendly. Room was excellent with sweeping views of the Swan River. The breakfast was good & the view of the river again was great.

Stayed at the DoubleTree Hilton Waterfront and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hotel was spotless, with thoughtful touches like the neatly folded toilet paper adding to the charm. The room was modern and comfortable, with stunning views—even from the shower! Loved the rainfall and handheld shower combo. The rooftop restaurants were a vibe and the pool Unreal Perfect views, perfect setting. Only note: parking isn’t on-site, but the nearby CPP lot is convenient at $24 per night. Overall, a beautiful stay with great service and unbeatable views.😊
