The staff here, especially at the concierge desk, are fantastic. So friendly, helpful, and efficient. Beautiful hotel with decent sized rooms and huge bathrooms. The pool area is a bit dated and small but otherwise it’s a great hotel.

Hotel location is great, with good views over the river. Lobby and bar area are really nice. Staff very friendly. However, the rooms are extremely outdated and in desperate need of modernisation. They are also very compact.

Aircon had not been working since we arrived the day before, reported & worker came up to look, he tried to tell me that it takes a while to heat up, we had been there 10hrs and it was still freezing all night even though we had 28c set on the aircon. Also a little let down there was no bathrobes or slippers in the rooms.
