There were junkies staying at the property. Once night hit outside of the rooms smelt like weed and the beds where rock hard. There also wasn’t a smoke alarm in the room. Would have rathered sleeping on the road than in the bed.

The premise was dangerous. I’ve stayed there in two other occasions, but this time was awful. Police and ambulances were called. The police came to my door twice. I will never stay there again

Mould in shower and cracked vanity basin. No breakfast nor room service as stated on ad.
Young lad on reception had very limited customer skills- another customer complained of cockroaches in their room. Very little response nor an investigation of the problem , finally offered a nearly empty can of insecticide as no other room available.
Not a good feeling, cannot understand the rave reviews.

They double booked our reservation, they did however arrange accommodation to another location. I rang to confirm the whereabouts I was staying. They still hadn’t arrange, they then acted and I got confirmation. Major chase up!
