What a find! …location is exceptional . We enjoyed the fabulous bungalow accommodation set in the heart of the Glasshouse mountains and only a 15 min drive to the Australia zoo. Keith the host was amazing and even helped us check-in 3 hours late. A special mention to Sally who was an extra ray of sunshine at breakfast. A walk around the grounds and seeing the quirky additions and woodland/creek wander is certainly worth doing. Just wish we’d had longer in the area

We had a lovely time, felt safe and comfortable and warm, had a beautiful view, and would absolutely go again next time we're near the sunshine coast. Thanks Keith!

The property is situated in a great location where you can see the mountain directly. There is a little orchard on the property and a forest that you can explore with children. It is also located near Australia Zoo (about 10 mins drive) and plenty of eating options too. The owner, Keith, is delightful and provided us with great hospitality - not sure how he does it on his own but he does a great job!

This hotel is an incredible destination for nature enthusiasts. Nestled among lush tropical fruit trees, we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the property using their detailed plant map, which enriched our understanding of the surrounding flora. The accommodation was stunning—an expansive, two-story wooden chalet with a charming German/Swiss pine design. It was impressively spacious, comfortably accommodating our family of four (two adults and two children). Our eldest, aged 8, delighted in the loft-style attic room upstairs. Do note that the stairs are a bit steep, so a phone torch can be handy at night. One of the most memorable aspects was learning about the property's rich history and the inspiring vision of its creator, Keith. His dedication is evident in the restoration of an old train carriage and the remarkable relocation of a church, which involved a seven-hour journey by road. Bird lovers will be especially enchanted by the symphony of birdsong that greets the morning, making each day start with a natural serenade. For those who enjoy hiking, the hotel’s proximity to excellent trails is a significant bonus. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a serene retreat with a blend of history, nature, and comfort!

Simple accommodations in a beautiful setting. Our room had access to a communal kitchen rather than kitchen/fridge facilities within the room, this was described on the website and suited us fine. Keith was absolutely lovely at check in and arranging breakfast. We stayed here prior to an Australia Zoo visit and would absolutely book to stay again in the future.

Staff and location was good. Outside area is well maintained (gardern was good, also night timing sensor lights are on and convinient to reach room) But no facilities available inside the room i.e., NO tv/microwave/fridge/toaster etc (seems they are at a common location outside a place which is shared with others ) - * it is not mentioned in the booking timings.
