Was a great stay. Our room was on the first level near the balcony area overlooking entry so it was a little loud but later it quiets down so you won’t be disturbed at all. It’s a nice hotel and I try to stay at IHG hotels whenever I travel.

Stayed here for 2 x nights. Loved the design of the shower especially the door which could be used for the bathroom or shower. I've never seen that before. Breakfast was good, parking excellent. The bed was a bit hard but we did sleep quite well. Check in was easy and really fast. We'll be back.

The location was great, walking distance to the Metro and the mall. Breakfast has a variety of choices. The property also provides car service to the train station if you’re planning to take the train. Clean and friendly staff.

We booked and stayed in 2 connecting rooms on Level 2 for 2 nights. Unfortunately for us between 2.00am and just before 6.00am there were loud continuous sounds of furniture being dragged across the area near the door. it gave my wife and daughter an absolute fright. We would investigate the sounds but every time we switched the lights on, it would stop. On the first night we thought it was someone in the floor above us but it was relentless. The second night was the same and we thought it was cleaners however the front desk told us that no cleaners worked that early in the morning. I could hear the sounds from the connected room and after the second night we were convinced it was haunted! There was no way that the sound would stop when we switched on the lights and start again when the lights were off! Avoid Level 2 at all cost!

Beds were ok but the bedding was not and despite managers attempts at fixing it the housekeeping staff kept mucking it up. Other issues also that managers did their best to try and fix up.

Receptionist was difficult and rude. Was not listening and difficult

Very conveniently located near Macquarie area attractions. Good breakfast. Well kept facility.

Convenient location and ticks all the boxes for the traveller in the go. Typical of the HI Express well upheld.

Its Air condition is not working properly and I have got cold during my stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the holiday inn. The facilities were clean, the staff were friendly and catered to our requests promptly. Our only issue was with ordering food- there was not service available (the online ordering portal did not state that there was no service available) so our money was refunded after we paid for it. Apart from this, our time was well spent at the Inn.

Friendly, helpful staff. Laundry room was a bonus
