Conveniently located for Darling Harbour area, we had a good sized, stylish room with a great bathroom. The bed was very large with best pillows I’ve experienced in a hotel for some time. The hotel was quiet and all the staff were welcoming and helpful. The only down side was the complete lack of view from our top floor room - it was just walls of adjacent buildings. However, I suspect there was little to see (a car park and other hotels) in the immediate vicinity.

I have stayed at this property on two occasions. It is extremely clean and walking distance to ICC and light rail. Parking is available across the road in a parking station. Breakfast and coffee were good. Staff were polite and friendly. Only drawback was the air conditioning which despite supposedly being individually controlled in each room did not work properly and was a bit warm even after bringing this to the attention of staff.

The property was exclusive and of interesting structure. The staff was extraordinarily nice however the room had some demp smells when entered. The air circulation system was turned of what most likely caused these smells and the windows couldn’t be opened to overcome the unpleasant odours.

Converted warehouse with Tapas restaurant inside. Rooms are very quiet with avant guarde artwork in the rooms. Position close to maritime museum, seafood market and harbour.

Short walk to Darling harbour. Nestled on a quiet area. Window to the inside of the hotel had skylights, but if you want open window etc. make sure you book the right room.

This place is super cool and was perfectly located for a conference I was attending. The air-conditioning/heating wasn't working correctly, but the staff were able to manually set the temperature for me.

The room was very compact and having stayed at this hotel on arrival and departure from Sydney with several suitcases I have never had such a small room. Mr Cameron the front office manager was very helpful and accommodating in giving us a significant late check out. His attitude to my comments regarding the room will encourage me to return.
