Clean room

Basic, cheap accommodation. 3 minute walk to Kings Cross Station. Perfect for what i needed.

Good location except for being positioned on a steep hill. There was no curtain or blind on the window. The window didn’t seal so noise from the busy road out front was excessive. The bathroom hand sink leaked onto the floor.

Very convenient for transport and anything else I needed. Basic amenities but great value for my requirements.

Filthy rooms. The bunk beds had to be arranged by ourselves. Ended up cancelling and going to another hotel

Little bit noisy from the street. Staff very nice. Room was clean!

Located close to transport options. Got early check in. Air con didn't work. Bathroom ventilation was non existent, which meant a sauna. Otherwise comfortable and clean

Great location near Hyde Park. Beautiful view of the opera house and the harbour bridge from my room. Excellent breakfast for the price.

Be aware that there are constructions in the building for a new AC system until end of August 2025 and the noise started sometimes at 7:30/8am! Staff was friendly and helpful but the hotel is unfortunately in such a poor condition: windows can‘t be closed properly, doorknobs are nearly broken, AC/heater didn‘t work (maybe due to the construction), elevator often not working on the 4th floor to go down. Rooms have no soundproof at all, so there‘s a lot of noise from the hall (slamming doors, people talking, music from other rooms) and, if you book the habour view rooms, from the 4-lane road just in front of your window. It‘s a cheap option and a budget hotel and you literally get what you pay for. Rooms are tiny and basic.

Noah and Charinth were the front of desk staff were amazing, kept me feeling well accommodated. Best hotel in sydney!

Cleanliness & location great, but very run down & noisy repairs (allegedly) being done;

Booked the King plus single room with harbour view and was initially given a keycard for room 101, which was completely the wrong room yet still charged for the room I had booked. After going back to reception and inquiring about this he apologised and was given a new card for room 510. Much better however the room still did not look as shown in photos and to top it off, the window looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months so couldn't exactly enjoy the view, and bathroom amenities consisted of exactly one bottle of all-in-one soap. I understand this is a budget hotel however for an extra $20-$30 you could get much more for your money elsewhere.

Nice location and and transportation.

Staff were efficient and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable.
