Got offered an upgrade to an apartment, which was offsite, but only around the corner from the motel. The girl at reception was lovely and gave us some great tips on hotspots around the area. The apartment was fantastic 👍

Unfortunately the bedding sheets had a moulding mark right in the middle of the bed.
Called after hours and the staff member came out and replaced it.
They apologised, expect better

I was offered a free upgrade to a self contained unit which is a block or so away from the motel originally booked. First off, the girl begind the counter was superb, the ground floor unit is a meh rating. As expected, the up stairs unit loved moving furniture at all times of the day and evening. The lounge was a fold out bed, a note on the wall says it is broken and there would be a charge if you touched it, thus as a lounge it was the opitimy of uncomfortable, a steel bar boring through your back side, the main bedroom was that small, for me to get to the window i had to walk sideways pressing against the wall, kitchen was good, bathroom ok, need to be a contortionist to reach the toot paper.. the parking space was so hard to get into i parked the Navara on the street. my advice would be to stay with the motel, havent seen that room but haa to be better.

We reserved a room at the motel and got "upgraded" to this apartment building. Good location down the street from the motel, fully equipped apartment with a washer/dryer (didn't use but nice option) It's an air B&B situation where you're charged for not doing the cleaning and upkeep of the property. The sofa bed was broken, you'll be charged for attempting to pull out the bed( noted the sign above the bed) the main issue was NO HOT WATER ever!

The staff were so friendly and helpful, we parked our car in the car park before check in time and went and had lunch, came back to be told they upgraded us to an apartment they have around the corner for more comfort and convenience, what a surprise and it sure did make our two day stop over complete. Jervis Bay is stunning!
