Landon Place is an oasis in the middle of the bustling city. Having parliament gardens across the road was a lovely spot to sit and relax. Bourke street walking distance. Trams and Trains just a minute walk away. The perfect spot. The hotel itself was clean, the spa was amazing.

Excellent - the service, room, amenities, quality and housekeeping were all top-notch. Entirely wonderful.

It's away from the hussle and bussle, but in walking distance to the inner city, next to public transport and parkland. The staff are very friendly and the onsite restaurant serves delicious food, and parking is next to the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfy and if you get one with a view, even better.

Only issue with stay was TV constantly breaking up on all channels. Notified staff on departure.

Perfect location and well maintained

Friendly service by all staff upon arrival, during any transaction and upon leaving. Sadly, a couple of things marred the service, that is, the room was not made up by the time we returned from a full day out, secondly the folio of costs did not have a breakdown of expenditure nor did it deduct entitlements as part of the booking, thirdly, the holding fee was deducted from our bank account on the first day of stay rather than sit as pending. Not sure how they will refund if they do not have our card details! I have a fear of lifts and staff kindly unlocked the stairwell and accompanied me to the 2nd floor, which I appreciated. Breakfast buffet was delightful and service was top notch. The room was well appointed but smaller than what we are use too. The image on the site showed the park view, our room looked out to high buildings. I get claustrophobic so not the best choice for me, particularly with no opening windows. Close walking distance to St Vincent’s Hospital, which makes it very convenient. We could leave our luggage whilst we had meetings with various surgery personnel, which again was appreciated. A modern designed facility close to many theatres, parks etc… Unfortunately it doesn’t meet my particular requirements so will not be booking again.

Beautiful new luxury hotel, spacious, great views, quiet, fantastic heated lap pool, spa & a nice gym with lockers. Buffet breakfast had a decent selection. Tram on the doorstep and an easy walk to Melbourne museum, theatres, Melbourne Central & Bourke St mall. Recommend to all type of travellers.

Can’t complain about staff or property but rooms were nothing to brag about. And it wasn’t cheap
