Carpet badly stained. Bed is old and worn out, springs makes it like a 2 level bed and uncomfortable. Toilet running continuously, shower moldy.
Internet is shocking and very poor. Likewise TV connection keeps dropping out.

It was a motel at a hotel price. Very small room, uncomfortable sofa bed and tiny, dirty bathroom. Paid for breakfast to be included and found out at check in that it wouldn’t be the buffet. It was disappointing at best…toast and cereal. Wouldn’t book this place again.

Hot water didn’t work in the room for the 2nd night which was disappointing and when checking out the young lady was
Very dismissive when advised.
Another consideration is to put stoppers on the inside of the room doors as with the high winds the front door rattled all night.

Mantra Bunbury is an excellent place to stay. It is very close to the lighthouse, the ocean, and the Rotary Tower. The Tower view is brilliant! Breakfast at the Mantra is great, with a nice ocean view.
