The studio we had was amazing. It was clean with a kitchenette equipped with a microwave oven, fridge, sink, crockery, cuttlery and dish washing liquid and brush. The third bed was in a separate room within the studio.
The hotel is conveniently located close to various restaurants and about 15 mins walk to Battery Point and Salamanca. There is free onsite parking. The area seems safe at night.

the shower room was built not well, every time using it the water floating out around toilet area, and the rug will be wet that’s mean you have to wear shoes when you use it.

Stayed 3 nights here, handy location for getting around. We could walk into Hobart old town and Salamanca Markets. The double decker red sightseeing bus comes by and picks up or drops off, which was very convenient.

Really great location with restaurants, pub, grocery stores, bank, gym and post office just a few minutes away. We were able to explore everything in Hobart CBD and the harbour by walking. Staff was great. Would highly recommend.

Good location to start your Tasmania holiday. There are several dining options around the building, across the street. Just avoid the fish and chips in the kebab store, fish taste like rubber.
