While renovated some years back, the hotel felt as if it was renovated just 2 years back. Very comfortable stay and clean! Highly recommend and there are a stretch of bars and restaurants just opposite and CPP parking within 2min walk away. Shopping streets are within 8min walk too.

We particularly liked the pool as it was so warm, a good size, and surrounded by comfortable seating. The other luxurious item was the number of towels in the bathroom. Although the room was smallish, it had a table and chairs, and there was plenty of space downstairs in a comfortable area for using ones laptop. The shower was easy to use, the hangers could be removed from the wardrobe, and there was a full length mirrors ...all my big ears at some hotels were absent from this one! The bed was comfortable, but if have liked softer pillows...my only tiny fuss about what was otherwise a pleasant place to stay several nights.

Room was clean. Shaded Pool was fantastic especially for the kids. Gym we only used on last day but highly recommended. Breakfast buffet was a great deal also. Overall fantastic hotel for a short stay.

Room was clean but smelt stale, I assume due to the fact no windows can be opened. Staff were fantastic, extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean .Bed and pillows were perfect, very comfortable. Only issue for us was beimg directly below the gym, going to sleep and waking up to weights being dropped was not relaxing.

Pool was closed for at least 2 days which was a shame but we were allowed to go to their nearby hotel. Although that hotel didn't have pool showers so it was a wet walk back. Cleanliness of house keeping could be better. Noticed the floors weren't vacuumed and tea/coffee items weren't topped up two days in a row until we mentioned it and it was then promptly cleaned. Full marks for the breakfast buffet!
