I loved everything about this hotel! Warmth of the staff, accessibility to everywhere you want to go and the price isn’t that bad considering it’s located at the heart of Sydney CBD! I definitely am checking in here again when I’m back in Sydney! ☺️

This is in the CBD, so everything was convenient. Wynyard Station is just outside the hotel, and there are plenty of coffee shops and restaurant options nearby. The room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and well-maintained. I didn’t see any amenities like a gym or pool, which was fine since I wouldn’t have used them anyway.
Highly recommend this property to other travelers seeking quality and convenient accommodations.

We’re so glad we booked the Novotel for our short stay in Sydney. The automated check-in and.check-out process was easy and quick. The breakfast each morning was wonderful! And every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to answer questions or provide service. It was also in a great location and within walking distance to the cruise terminal. Well definitely stay again!

Easy check in and check out. Room great, comfortable and spacious enough for 3 adults and one child.
We had room key issues all weekend.
Parking options are next to none. Car park option available had parking spots that were completely inaccessible to a car bigger than a micra.
Ended up having to pay $89 a day down the street. Quite a stressful situation when youre not familiar with Sydney in that way.

Central in CBD, which was great for walking the downtown area. Unfortunately the staff a check in were not friendly or helpful. The view from our room was literal the side of a build directly beside it and over a back alley. Homeless people were heard regularly yelling and drunk. We were on the 3rd floor.
