We were in town in preparation for a medical procedure. It was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the closeness to the RSL Club. THe beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was very very squizzy, there are no grab bars in the shower but a non slip mat is supplied. The A/C was quiet and efficient.

This is an excellent hotel in every way; the most wonderful and welcoming hosts, great amenities, perfect spot near everything but still quiet, clean, and a good hairdryer (important).
Thanks for looking after me - I love how warm and welcoming you are and you really look after your guests! Easily my go-to and recommendation for anyone staying in Forbes!

Excellent location to the town centre. Close to cafes, pubs, and the RSL. Clean rooms and quiet at night, with air conditioner and heating for comfort. Comfortable beds. Excellent value for money. Would stay there again.

This property was perfect for our needs. The kitchenette was a very welcome bonus, and arriving to the heat already turned on on a cold winters night was great.
The renovations are looking good. I'm not a fan of the 100% hard floors, but they do make maintenance easier I guess. Just a personal preference.
I had three issues though.
The hot water out of the tap was crazy hot. Hot enough to scald my fingers.
The door to the room didn't latch properly. We had to have the chain on the door to stop it swinging open in the middle of the night.
The walls must be paper thin. I was able to hear entire conversations of other people out in the parking area.

Location good and room very clean. Unfortunately the room was very shabby and in need of an update. I was informed that some rooms have been updated and all will be. A work in progress. Bed was comfortable. The manager was very kind in offering us a deal next time and apologized. The cost of the room was definitely overpriced for the quality. Although on the highway the traffic settled and it was pretty quiet.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The motel’s location is excellent, being close to town and across the road from the Services Club where we enjoyed a fine meal. The motel is looking tired and could use some renovations. Our main concern was that no internet available in rooms 39 and 40, although the manager did try to remedy this. A young person would have been dismayed by the lack of this service.
