Very good location. Can walk to the main attractions. We walk to watch both sunrise and sunset. Room is clean and comfy.

Above all I found my four night stay great value for money. Everything was in good working order. Nice hot shower clean. The room was cleaned daily and bed made. Kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave, wifi. Added to this was a great location just 5mins walk to the cableway east station and hop on hop off bus stop. The walk into town was only 10/15mins too. Will recommend.

Room was old, dark, no natural light, poorly ventilated, smelled damp.
Heat pump did not work.
The rattan fan on the wall above the bed is covered in dust.
There was a microwave but no plates or cutlery to eat our food with. We had to buy paper plates and cutlery.
I have travelled widely and have never posted a negative review but i will not recommend this motel to anyonr
It was advertised as superior new rooms but ours was anything but. I booked this accommodation on 21st August and i feel i must have got the worst room.

Below are observations:
Room is clean generally but there are dust on top surface of floor molding
Fridge is of very old and door shows rust
Sliding closet doors frame show rust
Need some updating.
