Perfect place for a short stay, Charlotte was super friendly and helpful receptionist allowed me to use amenities on check out before while in transit.
Seperate 3 bathrooms are very nice, clean.
Approximately 20 minute walk straight down to the famous Bondi Beach, with plenty of shops, cafes close by.
Quiet and homely, the beds are like clouds, plenty of room, kitchen, computer, Iron boards, etc all available, mini bar in rooms.

Great location, ecofriendly and clean. Good new concept of accommodation.
The only downside was that the rooms were very small, and pretty noisy- I could hear the person from the room next door snoring and people walking in and out of their rooms at night.

Loud noise coming from our room that kept us up all night. Staff said it’s a known issue but keep putting guests in there anyways. Don’t stay in room 215 if you go here

I loved my stay at The Baxley! The location and proximity to Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction was extremely convenient and walkable. I would recommend anyone to stay here for their attention to cleanliness, safety and overall staff kindness. Additionally, Louisa, the front desk receptionist, was patient and helpful to me on numerous occasions!
