🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Excellent hotel in a great location with everything we could have asked for. The staff were all amazing and really do everything to tick all the boxes. Our room was great and had everything, fully self contained if you want to stay longer than a night or 2. The Queen Vic market is across the street and not noisy at all as well as trams 100 metres away. What more could we want. Our new BEST FIND in Melbourne and obviously will be our first choice when we visit next. Thanks Veriu. Can’t remember the last time we had a 10/10 hotel so good on you all 😊 2 Very happy kiwis

It was my first time staying in Melbourne. Unfortunately the Veriu was just okay - I asked for an iron and ironing board 3 times - nothing ever showed up in 2 days so I gave up. Ended up having to wear the same clothes multiple days in a row as my other pants were super wrinkly. I made a mistake with late check out manager was quite inflexible. It was an honest mistake, and I understand why she made the call to charge me. I wouldn’t stay again personally. It was clean and amenities were nice.

Excellent in every aspect. The kitchen in the room is excellent with everything you need including plates, glasses, wine glasses, steak knives, pots and even a toaster. The staff are excellent. The hotel is close to everything including the free city trolley. I wish there was a spot for 6 star reviews which the hotel definitely deserves !!!

My 5th or 6th stay here I think, it's always a great spot with great transport links and amazing staff. The hotel itself is super convenient if you're travelling for work as the lobby acts as an office away from home with the added benefits of a stocked bar and 4-6 daily happy hour! You're also right next to QVM which is perfect for breakfast/lunch and generally strolling around. The hotel also has communal laundry which is actually nice to put on before bed and wake up to fresh clothes in the morning without the noise of a dryer in your own room. The rooms themselves are spacious and feel luxurious, beds are incredibly comfy and showers are large. One of my favourite places to stay in Melbourne.

Ideal location, for CBD area within walking distance of virtually everthing or you could ride the free Trams that ran 24/7, there was a street food market that catered for almost any taste. Room was very clean the beds were firm and comfortable. A microwave and full size fridge were provided. To summarise EXCELLENT
