The hotel was very good, clean rooms and polite staff.
However, we were not told that the Spa would be closed for maintenance during our stay and this was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with well-appointed room. Design is the perfect combination of sleek modern style with vintage touches. Generous sized room with lots of lovely personal features.
Friendly, helpful reception staff, great gym and spa facilities and location is very close to the central train station and the Belvedere museum.

We had a great experience at the hotel. The staff was superb, food and beverage very good and facility was excellent. The location was very convenient for the main train/metro station and walkable to the old town section of Vienna.

large sauna with window
- huge diagonal column in middle of room
- loud room, fan noise even with ac/heating off
- sauna only open 10-17, information hard to find
- loud music in lift
Such a restricted room should only be offered with discount and/or free breakfast at the very least.
Overall, not nearly as good as other Hyatt properties, like The Standard Bangkok, Park Hyatt Vienna, Hyatt Regency Seattle.

Lovely hotel, quiet area. Almost all staff were so lovely too. The room was beautiful and the food we had was very good. Very near the museum where The Kiss and other paintings are on display.

Absolutely love this hotel! This was my second stay, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. My room on the 7th floor was exactly what I asked for—quiet and peaceful, with no outside noise at all. The room itself was comfortable, well-appointed, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. While the pillows weren’t the best, that was a minor detail in an otherwise fantastic experience.
Aurora, the rooftop bar and restaurant, was a highlight. The food was delicious, and although the menu was a bit limited, every dish I tried was excellent. The service was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and professional. Breakfast was also great, with a good variety of options, though I have to say the coffee was just okay.
The hotel’s location and amenities make it an ideal place to stay, and the overall experience keeps me coming back. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it enough! The location is incredibly convenient—just a few minutes’ walk from the main station (though I initially took a cab, not realizing there was a direct path!).
From the moment I checked in, the experience was top-notch. I was upgraded to an executive suite, and it was absolutely fantastic! The bed and pillows were so incredibly comfortable that I slept like a baby—truly one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time.
The next morning, I was on the hunt for a great cappuccino after experiencing mediocre coffee at my previous location. The gentleman at the front desk recommended a nearby restaurant, and wow, the cappuccino was so good I ended up having two cups!
Everything about my stay exceeded expectations, and I will actually be returning again in a few days. Highly recommended!

This property was wonderful! The close proximity to key Vienna locations and public transport made our Xmas holiday stay easy. The staff was very helpful as well. I will definitely stay there again on my return trip to that wonderful city.
