Intet personale, men Self-check-in var super nemt. Både hvis man har lavet reservation på forhånd eller hvis man vil booke på stedet.
Mødte rengøringspersonale ved udtjekning og alle smilede og sagde godmorgen. Det var dejligt. God seng. Dejligt sted for en hurtig nat.

The check in experience totally ruined the stay for us at this hotel.
We arrived at the given check in time 2 p.m. but the room was not ready. Since this was a fully digital check in experience, it felt frustrating. We also reached out to support by phone and email, but the help and quality of the service was to a minimal.

Wir haben die Unterkunft als Zwischenübernachtung gebucht. Das Hotel liegt in einem Gewerbegebie, nahe der Autobahn. Der Self-Check-in lief problemlos. Das Zimmer was sauber. Jederzeit gern wieder für eine Übernachtung.

Hier gibt es nur OnlineCheckin. Leider hat es mit dem dazu buchen vom Frühstück nicht geklappt und im Partner Restaurant hat es dann mehr gekostet. Eigentlich auch zu viel für Angebot.
Beim Check-in-Bereich ist leider da Wifi noch nicht aktiv und im Restaurant auch nicht. Schade schade!
