We stayed here for 4 nights for my 16 year old's birthday trip. After booking in, I reached out to the hotel in advance to get the balloons done in the room as a surprise and Tanja from the hotel was so helpful to arrange it. Thank you for it.
The hotel was fantastic, room was clean and spacious. The shower room was spacious and super clean.
The staffs are friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was the key highlight. Lots of varieties to taste in the authentic Austrian styles, in addition to the continental.
The location was convenient, easily accessible in 10 min from the city centre by public transport - bus or tram. The bus stop is just outside the hotel and the tram stop is just few minutes walk away. The hotel provided a pass as we're staying for more than 3 nights and it helped in the public transport and in getting some discounts in some attractions.
The views around the hotel is super scenic.
We enjoyed the stay here. Will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Innsbruck.

Pros and cons:
Pros: amazing breakfast; charming architecture and history
Cons: horrible internet; rock hard bed; verrrrrry moody manager. I asked months ago when I booked my stay if a fan would be available and was told yes and then was made to feel like a fool for asking for it when I arrived because I was told the room would be cool but rest assured some nights you need the fan (don't gaslight me please and just give me what you promised without a hard time); I stayed 4 nights and never had my room cleaned once but when I asked for an extra towel I was made to feel like a greedy fool. It's not a bad place, just some poor attitudes from some employees. Other members were amazing.

Inside the main building was really nice , breakfast was fresh and plentiful , the hotel is to far out from anything theres no where to get food only a vending machine restaurant shut on saturday nite we had to eat early in town and get drinks ans snacks for the evening no kettle or tea/coffee in room ,staff didnt look very happy the reception team were abrupt wont be going back to hotel or innsbruck

Great property and service. Only downside was no Air Conditioning, which probably doesn't matter if you are not traveling during a July heat wave. It was not walkable to the town center but the Tram is right there and runs all the time.

What an awesome surprise and Gem! This property is right below Ambras Castle, wow! This property has been family owned for long time, they have their own beer (which is fantastic!). The rooms are very spacious with large bathrooms. The breakfast that comes with the room was massive and tasty. Dinner was priced very reasonably - you have to try one of their 3 snitzels ( the cordon bleu one was amazing!). This was our favorite property as we traveled across Europe this fall. If you are anywhere near Innsbruck, Austria stay at this property!
