The staff have been amazingly kind and helpful to us. They let us store out bags for 3 days before we checked in, explained where the bags would be since the lick boxes were malfunctioning. To our surprise, the bags were already waiting for us in our room when we checked in. So kind!
The kids loved the loft in the room.
Bed linens and towels were very nice. Everything was clean and toiletries smelled good. The inly suggestion I have is to update the pillows. They were flat as pancakes and even folding them in half didn't help.

Modern well equipped hotel. Great croissant for breakfast! There were times when it was style over substance eg chairs that looked great but were too low for the table! Check in was a pain having only the option in reception of using self completion iPads with a cumbersome interface. A large cobweb in the room, but otherwise spotless . Great location for the station and trams. Loved the stylised map on the wall which showed how the tram works and connects to different parts of the city.

This is a cool hotel near the train station, about a 15 minute uber or train from city center. 24 hour bar in lobby. My room was quite warm and even though I adjust the thermostat, I don't think the AC ever came on. Also unless you are quite spry I would avoid the loft rooms. Getting up and down in the middle of the night was a little precarious. Overall good though.

If spending a lot of time in Vienna, this location might not be the best. It is fairly outside of the city center but SUPER continent for the train station. Room was fun, though got a little hot at night and opening the window wasn't a great option due to the noisy area next to the train station.
