Spacious and light room, nicely decorated (I had a "story" room inspired by buddhism), comfy bed, okay desk/chairs, decent shower. Conveniently located near Messe and Prater (if that is your thing). Only downside was no coffee maker/kettle or a minibar. That would have made the cherry on the cake. Otherwise, friendly staff, overall good price/value ratio, a decent stay!

We just stay for one night. Firstly, the lift did not work from the ground level to the reception. Although there are just about 15 steps of the stair, it is still very in convenient for people with large luggage. The most terrible thing is there was no cold water in our room. It was hard to get cold drinking water and for short.

good location to the metro for getting around vienna, room was good enough had the basics although had to acquire another duvet since ours was too small for the bed no safe in the room staff made the bed daily but dint do anything else further than that and emptying the one small bin in the bathroom decent stay but nothing exceptional

This hotel is near a grocery store and a few restaurants and as well as a metro station, which was convenient. The rooms and bathroom are a bit on the smaller side but it was fine for two people.Breakfaat was good.

I enjoyed 2-nights stay. The staff(s) were friendly and helpful, the room was nice, and the location was convenient for travelers. The only problem was that two or three young locals were talking loudly behind the hotel at 1am.

Checked online but still have to fill in paper on arrival. Why then online check in? Room cleaning noisy in the morning. Cleaning only on request. Bit mold in bathroom.
