All was great. Would be nice to have a fan or ceiling fan for warmer nights - opening the window yielded too much noise and without an A/C, it got a little stuffy. Otherwise, great job to the staff.

Actually the most frustrating part of the stay was the check-in process, but the rest of the stay was a nice experience . We booked 2 rooms. But arrived 2 hours prior to checkin time. 1st room was ready but the other was not. I was told to follow up in an hour. But at 2pm, room was not ready. I came back at 3pm (At regular checkin time), room was not ready still. I came back at 4pm, and they said the room is still not ready. At this point, I was so confused already and just ask if any other room is available… a more senior staff probably the manager came in and assign me an available room. I have never had an experience like this with check-ins before with all honesty. The rest of the stay was alright. Nice staff, good food, close to the central train station.

It was a roof over our head at least. Hallways always had a funky/musty smell to em. The A/C didn’t work all too well in the room but that’s not that big of an issue. Beds were comfy and location is excellent though

The location of the hotel is few minutes walk to the Vienna central train station. Very convenient and easy access to food market and fast food restaurants. Clean room for the two nights stay. Breakfast is buffet style and plenty of foods to choose from. We will come back to this hotel next time we are in Vienna.

The vegetarian breakfast options were dismal - particularly regarding the stale bread. However the hot drink machines were plentiful and delicious. My main qualm was with the room… it is bordering on absurd to have a room intended for multiple people to have a shower without a door… simply adding even a sliding door would have made a world of a difference. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others (provided you are prepared for a very “open” shower)!
