This hotel is steps away from the train station. It could not be easier to get from the train to here-you cross no streets.
The front desk crew is awesome; professional, polite and friendly. Check in was easy. The room is modern with an awesome view of the mountains. We were on the train side-but you would not know it! The room was quite quiet. The room was clean and looked updated.
The hotel is located less than a 15 minute walk from the Old Town and all of the attractions.
If I come back to Innsbruck, I will come back here!

The people are wonderful. The beds are terrific, but this is a working vacation for me and no Internet on the one day I need to be working and no one seems to have an idea when it’ll come back… Very disappointing.

This was a great place because of its close proximity to the train station. It was also easily walkable to all the attractions I wanted to visit.
However, I found that the breakfast was very overpriced for a small selection of items. The view from the restaurant was amazing.

Excellent location for our needs and had everything we wanted in a week stay. Breakfast offer was good and bar area in the evening excellent with attentive and pleasant staff.
Room was compact with a very comfy and spacious bed - loved the 2 duvet concept! Window opening was also a positive and clean bathroom with modern fittings and great shower.
Bedside lighting was good and well positioned and perfect for reading at night.
Although the hotel was near a busy station there was no noise at all from the trains.
The staff in reception were very pleasant welcoming, Amro in particular.
Would recommend the hotel for its location, views and overall excellent standard of accommodation and experience.

Wasn’t impressed but a good location for a quick stop over from train station. Room was very small and overlooked train tracks, no view. For a longer stay, I would recommend Adlers Hotel at the end of the street instead — beautiful view and pleasant staff for around the same price.

Location To train station could not be better. Our room was very clean and comfortable albeit a bit on the small size. No kettle in room but one was provided when I asked along with a couple of coffee mugs, but no coffee. Given our arrival and departure times the location was most important. If we were staying longer in Innsbruck I would have booked a hotel in the old town.

This hotel is steps away from the train station. It could not be easier to get from the train to here-you cross no streets.
The front desk crew is awesome; professional, polite and friendly. Check in was easy. The room is modern with an awesome view of the mountains. We were on the train side-but you would not know it! The room was quite quiet. The room was clean and looked updated.
The hotel is located less than a 15 minute walk from the Old Town and all of the attractions.
If I come back to Innsbruck, I will come back here!
