Right in the center of it all. Easy to walk to all sites, restaurants and shops. Very quiet, clean rooms, with large bathrooms. AC worked great. It is a longer walk from the train, if you have luggage take a taxi or a bus.

We had a three-night stay in Bruges and the property was fantastic. The decor and the upkeep of the property are excellent. The air conditioning and everything works nicely and looks great. The staff were very, very helpful. In fact I had to visit the hospital and before I went one of the staff had called her local doctor and got a little bit of advice, and it proved very useful. The main thing I want to say about this hotel group is it's excellent. They seem to treat their employees very well so employees give the customers a very good service as well . The only missing amenity is a Gym

The staff were helpful and friendly. Asmina helped me from checking-in, requests during my one night stay, and through check-out. She always had a welcoming demeanor at all times. The location is great! - just a few minutes from the Markt. The room had the amenities you need, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room had adequate space. If you need an iron, they will bring it to you separately. The hotel was quiet. I did not eat at the restaurant nor use the bar. I would recommend staying here.

This was absolutely a luxury hotel experience. It is a well earned 4 star hotel. Cannot imagine a more smooth stay. Location is central and perfect, staff were wonderful, room was spacious and bathroom was excellent. Probably my nicest hotel stay of my trip and would totally come back

Beautiful hotel. We got the Ferdinand apartment with 3 bedrooms. The staff was great. Parking was safe and secure. The breakfast was delicious with a large buffet and fresh fruits, juices, treats, meat and eggs. Wonderful time!
