Snorkeling was awesome in front of the hotel!

Hotel staff and property were nice. Amenities were great, including the casino.

Location is great but rooms/resort are not up to par. Hair all over the toilet seat, sand covering the bathroom floor corners. Animal feces around the pool. We checked in at 5pm but didn’t get our room card until after 8pm.

The property was just OKAY. Nothing special. The room was new but the bathroom was dated. During my stay the towel rack fell off. The paint was chipping. Also there’s no room service. Housekeeping starts at 8:30 am so if you need a towel you have to walk to the lobby to pick it up yourself. If you need something after 10pm you have to walk to the lobby to pick it up yourself. There is no gift shop on the property, so if forget a small item the staff directed you to the town. Staff was not rude. They just did their job. No one went above and beyond. Also check in is enforced at 4pm but check out is at 10am. I asked for late check out at 11am and it was a struggle. Although they agreed they deactivated my key at 10am. The food at the buffet and restaurants were good. No complaints there. There was no real entertainment but walking into the town was less than 10 minutes so you were able to find things to do.. Overall I loved Bonaire but would not recommend the hotel.

We loved the Manta Monday presentation. We loved the dive ship and everyone that worked there was kind and relaxed. The hotel was very central and everything was at the hotel or within close proximity to the hotel. We loved Bonaire and think the location made it great. We also loved the Chibi Chibi bird in the restaurant and loved seeing her steal sugar from the alcohol bottles and then go to her nest. Those experiences and learning from the locals made our vacation magical.

It is a place to rest and relax. Also, the staff has great customer service skills!

Love that the Divi Flamingo Beach hotel and timeshare studios are very close to the water - footsteps from the ocean. The island's waterfront is a bit rocky and watershoes are recommended. The hotel's restaurants were good, the beach bar is heaven at sunset, the resort is walkable to town. The waters are among the best in the world for snorkeling and diving, and safe with no surf or surge. If you want action, nightlife, gambling, golf, go to Aruba. This island is quiet and relaxing, and so is this hotel.

Fantastic vacation! From the moment I arrived the entire staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Misha and Calvin were wonderful to me the entire time I was there. Celine was top notch! She was professional, welcoming and friendly and could be seen at various times in different locations about the property. My housekeeper was Kayliana (not sure of spelling) and made sure I had everything I needed daily. The property was beautiful and well maintained. Plenty of chairs, cabanas and shade between the two property pools. The view was par-none and definitely one of the most beautiful beaches of the Caribbean. I was all inclusive and found enough dining options to satisfy my needs. The breakfast buffet was good and many choices. Coffee was okay but I preferred making my own in my room. Finding a meal is hard if you have off hours since the restaurants are only open at certain times. My room was in the perfect location. It was quiet and I was never disturbed which is exactly what I was looking for. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was super comfy with wonderful pillows. Nice TV with plenty of channel selections. A/C worked well. Bathroom was satisfactory and comes with a basic hair dryer; not one of those wall things that is there to simply say they have! Plenty of towels except I had no wash clothes. The front desk quickly accommodated as well as housekeeping when I asked for. And that view from the 2nd story balcony is incredible. The spa is a must visit!!

Excellent diving operation

We got to our room and it was not cleaned and even if they could clean the bathroom the show doors at the bottoms were nasty and needed to be replaced. No AC and we backed up and left. The best decision of the stay. If you are going to renovate, do it right.

People should know swimming in the ocean there is very difficult. Very rocky especially getting into the water. It’s just the natural makeup of the island.

The cleanliness, convenience and staff were exemplary. My only negative is that I wish there was a larger beach

If your looking for a place for partying this isn't your place. If your looking for a place that peaceful and relaxing and safe and have a drink and can watch the sunset every night in the 80's this your place.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Casino was nice and I left with more money than I came down there with!

Like the dining theme nights. Also some friendly workers. A bartender and the friendly lady that make breakfast. We got a very delicious Repa di Pampoena

Great diving; friendly staff comfortable beds. If you like snorkeling and scuba, this is the place!
