Beach Class Residence by SOLEMAR

Gastei Bastante do apartamento, tinha fogão, geladeira, máquina de lavar etc...Porém não tinha praticamente nada para fazermos algum tipo de alimento no fogão. Tipo para fazer um arroz, macarrão, talheres etc... a troca de toalha e limpeza tinha que mandar mensagem.

A reasonably good value for location space and apartment size. TV had poor clarity and some outlet/switches were not functional. Kitchen was well equipped. Housekeeping was on request and then did a spotless job when used. Security for complex was excellent even during the New Year celebration that was a block away. This is my third stay with a Solemar apartment and will be my go to when in Fortaleza.

Hotel muito bom , limpo e novo , só tivemos problemas em comunicação para falar com o proprietário , não nos passou o wi-fi , não tinha ferro de passar.

Lugar excelente para familia que deseja espaço e conforto, proximo as praias de Iracema e Meireles, facil acesso pra tudo, tem padarias, mercado grande, tudo proximo.

Bem localizado, estadia vale muito a pena. Indico

The location was perfect. Many good restaurants nearby the beach was very close. The view we had was great. The inside of the apartment had a few issues the washing machine was loud and didnt qork properly. The aor didnt cool down quickly amd also left a terrible staining on the wall. But for the price and the location it was worth it.

O local é incrível,tudo limpo os funcionários muito educado,mas senti falta de loções são finos e faltou falei com a pessoa mas não deu certo.

Well the place is clean and in a good location and has a washer. But, if you don’t mind that the oven and the freezer don’t work, then you will love this place. If you don’t mind that there is no hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks then you will love this place. If you don’t mind that the WiFi goes in and out all day and night then you will love this place. If you don’t mind that the bathroom sinks are the size of an American football then you will love this place. If you don’t mind that there is hardly anything to cook with then you will love this place. If you don’t mind that this place will have no toilet paper, soap, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, condiments, coffee maker, and all the things you need for an extended stay then you will love this place. If you like pillows, not pillowcases, that smell like dirty stinking sweat then you will love this place. If you like a couch that you can’t really sit or lie down on because all you can feel is the pieces of wood that is holding it together then you will love this place. So if all this is good for you then have a nice stay.

Gostei muito do prédio assim como o apartamento porém faço algumas observações: a luz de um dos quartos estâ queimada e o micro-ondas não funciona. Sugeriria deixar uma bucha, detergente e pano de prato para ajudar quem chega à noite. As louças eram novas e bonitas porém estavam mal lavadas. Um cobertor pode ser necessário também. O prédio é maravilhoso e fica do lado da praia e em um bairro lindo. Recomendo mas faço essas sugestões.

As instalações do complexo é extraordinária, a do apartamento que ficamos é que deixou a desejar. Chegamos ainda o apartamento não estava pronto, sujo, pura a peixe e tudo por fazer, ficamos dentro do apartamento e a camareira arrumando. O sofá-cama quebrado, controle da televisão sem pilha, um dos chuveiro dando choque.

Acomodação excelente, mas aí chegar não tem sabonetes nem toalha de rosto, fora isso tudo ótimo.

Viajei sozinha, no flat tem dois quartos, dois banheiros , todo equipado,piscina limpa, bom atendimento. O chuveiro quente está queimado, tive que tomar banho com água fria , rs. Mas fora isso, fiquei totalmente satisfeita e indico.

Muito bom

Apartamento com excelente localização e confortável, possui 7 piscinas e ótimo para crianças.
