Muito mal porque a internet não funciona menos, mas o vídeo 180p muito lento foi uma piada na recepção 20% como mentiroso

Very poor customer service and rooms and bed is 1 star but price is 3 to 4 stars.

The hotel is in need of gutting and bringing up to modern standards. The room was very shabby and the brown bathroom suite had evidence of mould and watermarks. Plus one of the shower doors was missing. The whole room looked as though it dated from a 1970's motel.

The hotel is basic and reasonably clean which suited my needs initially. However I had a few separate bookings because I was travelling while in South America and using Sao Paulo as a base. I wanted to leave my main luggage at the hotel during my other trips, but was told that no luggage storage was available. Furthermore the staff either could not speak English or if they did, their English was limited. I was very surprised by this considering the location and also with my visit shortly preceeding the world cup. As the title of my review indictates, if you don´t speak English, try elsewhere. In my case, I made alternative arrangements. If you get hit with the language barrier, I suggest using the computer near the reception and use a translation website to help out.

They charge you for everything, Internet very expensive Local phone calls extremely expensive, just be carefull most hotels dont charge for those things, you think you are getting a bargain, at the end of the day you pay the same as if you go to a more expensive hotel.

I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the service of this hotel. There was no internet available, not even to pay for and there was no fitness room or business center. The only pc in the lobby did not work ever and I was unable to print out anything because they DID NOT HAVE A PRINTER! The room supplies were very small and of poor quality. There were not enough towels either. Every time I asked the staff for information or directions, they did not have any. If they promised to get back at me with the request, after a long time apparently they had forgot because when I had to ask again they had not even search for it.

O que ainda salva o hotel é o atendimento. Os funcionários da recepção e cozinha são gentis e prestativos. Já a privacidade da área de banho no banheiro, em relação aos imóveis próximos é nula e não tem como evitar ser visto ao tomar banho. Além disso, o banheiro não tem área de banho separada, ao tomar banho alaga todo e não tem como evitar.

Hotel atendeu as expectativas. Só a garagem é de dificil acesso.

Bom apartamento, bom custo benefício e cumpre o que promete. Muito bom atendimento.

Esse hotel tem pontos bons e ruins, entendo que é uma questão de gerenciamento, esse hotel tem tudo para ser um ótimo hotel mas não consegue. Portos ruins: Chuveiro com pouca água, TV não funciona direito, café da manhã somente o necessário e não aceitam parcelamento, TV somente a vista. Pontos positivos, bem localizado e no geral limpo e funcionário educados. Foi frustrante, como imaginei, é uma questão de um bom gerenciamento.

O prédio é antigo; o quarto muito simples; banheiro reformado, porém simples. Café da manhã ruim, boas opções de pães e frutas, mas os bolos ruins e o café razoável. A localização é muito boa

Local barulhento, higiene precária do local, elevador de segurança questionável (inclusive com necessidade de subir as malas pela escada até o saguão)

Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos tanto no turno da manhã quanto da noite. O café da manhã farto. A minha experiência foi agradável.

Me hospedei neste hotel pela terceira vez e essa, de longe, foi a pior estada nesta cidade e nesta acomodação. Quartos com cheiro de cigarro, cortinas sem limpeza, banheiro sem manutenção, chuveiro em estado de calamidade e café da manhã tenebroso. O único ponto positivo é a localização, sem isso, este hotel poderia vir abaixo.

Ótimo custo beneficio. Tem café da manha e estacionamento. Boa localização.

Fiquei no terceiro andar, acima da cozinha, onde a barulheira começa às 5 da manhã. No chuveiro, precisa correr atras dos pingos. Banheiro sem toalheiro, janela nao fecha e a temperatura só caía. Travesseiros duros. Me deu impressão de decadência.

Localização boa, equipamento simples,mas limpo, estadia rapida, para connhecer.

Localização excelente, atendimento excelente, apenas ressalva sobre quarto onde precisa de uma reforma...
