Excelente lugar para vacacionar en familia!!!

It was ok. Rooms were very simple, but had everything needed.

Great stay! Wish we have booked more days!

The bungalows and the beach are nice (the beach is nice, but the water is always murky, though that is something common of the whole reason) but we had a poor experience overall. The main problems, as already shared by some other person: 1. While the rooms have air conditioning, the living room and kitchen space have no insulation on the roof, with visible open gaps between walls and roof, which makes these areas hot and it's not really possible to keep them cold; it also allows animals to enter 2. The window frames are completely open, they don't have actual window, so great and animals can enter 3. We had ants or similar on and under the beds, there was a bat in the living room 4. One night the bathroom mirror detached by itself from the wall and crashed against the sink and floor, as crazy add this sounds, really lucky nobody was in the bathroom at the time; it looks like it might have been due to bugs accumulating behind the mirror We left early because of all these issues. The place doesn't inspired confidence in being well maintenance. The staff was always helpful and to be fully transparent and fair, we got a refund for the nights we didn't stay, but nevertheless a bad aftertaste was left.

What a beautiful place to stay. I'm english speaking and it would have been nice if they had at least 1 server who spoke English, but it's understandable. Bungalow was wonderfully laid out, beds were comfortable, and the facilities were beautiful.

The property and bungalow we stayed in was amazing. My wife’s family and I had a great time just laying around on the beautiful beach and bungalow. There is a small grocery store on the property so you can buy what you need to cook and drink during your stay.

Amazing beach, beautiful water, very quiet place, we loved! No frills, cute and funcional little houses for rent in a secure place (24h access controlled), free wi-fi and 2 parking spaces per house. Options of 2 or 3 bedrooms, 3-pieces bathrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, terrace and BBQ. It doesn’t include breakfast or other meals, but there is a well equiped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, cuterely etc and a BBQ, but you need to bring or buy all the higiene stuff, as soap, toialet paper, detergent etc. They have a little store where you could buy all these and also food or even meat for preparing a BBQ, the prices in the store are just right! They have a pool, also a little bar that serves a couple of options of food or some appetizers if you want. There is also a couple of good restaurantes near by as Peixada do Mauricio and our favorites Sabor d’ Maragoggi or a little further downtown Pizzeria Regina. Our only complains is that they should leave soap at the pool washroom and the pillows should be a bit more confortable.

Excelent location for fanily vacation. Warm sea and very good facilities!

Uma experiência sensacional. Hotel muito agradável, na beira da praia paradisíaca.

Único detalhe foi a falta de banheiro na área de piscina pois estava em obras. O resto foi excelente, respostas rápidas para as duvidas pu eventuais problemas, tudo funcionando, bangalô bem equipado.

A localiza é ótima, porém o hotel não oferece nem serviço básico de limpeza na diária e nem café da manhã que tem que ser pago à parte. Acho que pelo valor cobrado não justifica não proporcionar aos hóspedes o mínimo de conforto.

A localização do condomínio é excelente, e a acomodação oferece tudo o que o hóspede precisa para dias tranquilos e confortáveis. Sem dúvida, eu daria nota máxima se não fosse por alguns problemas pontuais. O primeiro deles foi o barulho excessivo causado pelos funcionários do restaurante. Em um dos dias, uma funcionária resolveu tratar de assuntos pessoais próxima à minha janela às 7h da manhã, mantendo uma conversa alta e prolongada, o que atrapalhou o descanso. Outro ponto crítico foi a negligência na limpeza da fossa que atende o meu chalé, que causou um desconforto significativo no uso dos vasos sanitários. Sugiro que a limpeza seja feita de forma preventiva e não apenas quando a fossa já estiver cheia, evitando que o problema se repita. No geral, o local tem grande potencial, mas esses detalhes precisam de atenção para garantir uma experiência ainda melhor aos hóspedes.

O lugar é incrível, com acesso direto à praia e uma piscina linda à beira-mar, tudo muito bem cuidado. Além disso, é possível fazer passeios de barco saindo do próprio local, o que proporciona um conforto extra aos hóspedes. Como pontos de melhoria, poderiam disponibilizar um rodinho de pia nas cozinhas dos bangalôs. Na área das varandas poderiam aumentar um pouco a faixa de piso ao redor, pois quando chove a água respinga na terra da grama e acaba sujando muito o piso da varanda. Por fim, o box da suíte poderia ter um fechamento completo para não molhar tanto o banheiro ao tomar banho. Enfim, são apenas sugestões para melhorar ainda mais a experiência dos hóspedes, mas nada que atrapalhe a nota 10/10.

Lugar muito bom. Confortável. Fomos bem recebidos. Check in e Check out tranquilo e ágil. Café da manhã bom, mas simples... voltaríamos

Belo Condomínio de casas pé na areia, na praia mais linda que você irá encontrar em Maragoggi. Não vai ganhar nota máxima, pois falta TV nos quartos ( só tem na suite) e não possui sistema de faxina (tentamos pagar e não havia disponibilidade). Voltarei com certeza!!!

Custo benefício maravilhoso, casa com boa estrutura e área da piscina muito boa. Única melhoria que sugerimos é o atendimento do restaurante que é terceirizado, inclusive adicionar atendimento na área da praia.

Muito bom local, estrutura muito boa, bom atendimento, lugar para descansar, tem tudo , recomendo.

São chalés "pé na areia", duas suítes, sala, cozinha, lavanderia e área gourmet com churrasqueira. A praia é muito boa, com um mar sem ondas e bem tranquilo para as crianças. A piscina é grande e bem cuidada e o complexo possui um restaurante mercadinho com preços razoáveis.
