Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! The service was amazing, I stayed here for my birthday and I got a surprise birthday cake. This item isn’t even on the menu for room service! The room was great, and the room service and house keeping was reliable. I stayed in Rio de janerio and in São Paulo also during my trip, and I will say this is easily the best experience in terms of hotel. The area here is safe enough where I didn’t worry about walking around alone in the evening and the mall next store is super handy having a supermarket as well. Overall this was the best experience I could have hoped for. 10/10.

Conveniently located business hotel. Very kind staff, always ready to help. Close to a mall with dining options and a variety of shops. Room was a little bit noisy due to a panel that separtes the exterior with the room and is not fully soundproof or well isolated.
