I only can say good things about receptionists at this hotel. They go on and beyond to accommodate us. If you are in Belo Horizonte- Mina’s Gerais I highly recommend this hotel. Café da manhã é muito bom com enorme variedade. Atendimento dos colaboradores muito bom. Mas dessa vez, o chuveiro estava gelado, e a água vazando na fresta da porta do box, pedi para olharem e nada foi feito. Piscina estava suja. Eu havia me hospedado em julho e voltamos pela qualidade, que dessa vez deixou a desejar.

Sem contar a cortesia oferecida pelo hotel (água, suco e refrigerante no frigobar), uma forma de cativar o cliente ainda mais. O café da manhã: EXCELENTE!
