Hot Beach Resort

The place is amazing. All the fun, food and entertainment you could want all in one place. Just parked the car for 5 days and enjoyed every minute. The people working are all amazing. This is why we go twice a year!

It’s an awesome resort! The water park is first world level. Extremely organized, clean, fun, family oriented. We really enjoyed our stay.

Kid friendly! And safe. The hotel was very accommodating for children and adults.

The hotel is fine, but is very far from a four-star hotel. There isn't enough staff in the hotel, the meals were pretty messy. Restaurant was very crowded, not well-organized.

I have been at this hotel many times, but this time the maintenance conditions were very bad. Room 1710 had some many problems. Weak shower, towel hangers falling apart, mattress with a big hole on one side.. one of the elevators had a broken floor and the faucet of baby kitchen was loose. For the price and for the time of the season, the maintenance should be a state of art.

Great hotel particularly for families as it is attached to an amazing water park.

The unique of this hotel, is the staff and service, in general, everybody is extremely polity, helpful and yelling to solve any problem in the best abilities. Its a waterbpark, and it has way too much noise and stimulus for me, but if you have kids, thats the place to be. Ps: the food was really good

Despite of the hotel only being 6 years old, the rooms and the food were not 4 star rating. Rooms and amenities were a little outdated, and they could have been cleaner. The waterpark was very nice, although quite small for the amount of people that were there in December. There will be another resort to be launched in 2027, I recommend to make it a bit more exclusive and upscale. The food also needs to improve as it was a large buffer and children were touching everything…definitely not 4 start rating. I’m positive the region and investments into the new resorts will be much improved.

Ótimo experiência, check in pouco demorado (30 min na fila), mas o resto perfeito

A grande variedade do buffet do café e jantar e a conveniência de se estar a alguns passos da entrada direta para o park são os 2 atrativos maiores desse hotel. Mas apesar de ser novo e bonito, eu não senti o calor humano que vivenciei em outros hotéis da rede. Nossa última noite foi passada em claro, com minha filha passando muito mal e de lá tivemos que ir para o hospital. Mencionamos o ocorrido na recepção e não fomos alertados de que outras crianças também haviam passado mal durante a noite. Somente quando chegamos no hospital é que soubemos que cerca de 30 crianças haviam estado lá durante a noite, todas hóspedes do Hot Beach e com o mesmo diagnóstico:rotavírus. Uma epidemia que me pareceu ter sido abafada e minimizada pelo e isso me desapontou muito. Eu esperava uma demonstração maior de preocupação quanto ao ocorrido. Havia uma suspeita grande entre os afetados de que a contaminação teria ocorrido na piscina do hotel e ao chegarmos do hospital, a piscina estava aberta ao uso como se nada tivesse acontecido. Um absurdo exporem outros hóspedes a riscos sem antes terem certeza de que era seguro sua utilização. Não creio que a contaminação tenha sido pela comida mas mesmo assim, ficou um grande receio. Última noite passada em claro, uma conta alta de hospital para pagar, a perda do uso do park no último dia, e o hotel demonstrou pouca preocupação e interesse, quase como se tudo aquilo não fosse suficientemente alarmante. Muito decepcionante, tirou todo o brilho da estadia.

Custo benefício ótimo.

Nao gostei da insistência dos corretores do resort em abordar e oferecer um "investimento" me senti desconfortável...

Fiquei triste pela acomadação não fornecer nada para aniversariantes do dia. Minha esposa e filho fizeram aniversário no mesmo dia, mesmo solicitando, não ofereceram nada. Triste para os aniversariantes.

O chuveiro esfriava constantemente e a televisão saía do ar a todo momento.

Atendimento muito bom e cordial. Tive problemas bom o ar condicionado mas quando solicitei um outro quarto me disponibilizaram. Café da manhã bom. Atividades no geral muito boas.
