I very much appreciate all the staff for their service. The front desk team was very nice and they took great care of me. They even watched over me when I went to the pharmacy down the street in the middle of the night. I felt well taken care of. I highly recommend staying with them.

I was very happy with my stay at Hotel del Fiol. The service was great. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Somebody does come to tidy up the room for you daily which is nice. This is the best place in Tatuí for a stay to visit. The Matriz restaurant is another thing to hype up, it is right inside the hotel too. The food is excellent, several high quality choices. The waitresses are all great, especially the one who helped us with our wine bottles. 😉 And they were very patient with us as we had to translate often. I would stay here again anytime and look forward to it!

Hotel simples, mas acolhedor e com um bom café da manhã. O que tenho a reclamar: As toalhas de banho encardidas, em péssimas condições, super desgastadas (poídas), só servem para pano de chão. Os travesseiros muito baixos e moles e Os copos de suco mal lavados, no café da manhã. Gosto do hotel, já é a terceira vez que me hospedo, apenas necessita rever esses pontos de higiene e conforto que são primordiais para os hóspedes.

Estadia de fim de semana. Localização muito boa de frente para a praça com comércio ao redor. Estacionamento ao lado do hotel, partilhado durante a semana com o Banco Itaú. A acomodação que utilizamos, super luxo, tinha o espaço bem justo, confortável, mas justo. Colchão bom, chuveiro quente. Bom café da manhã. Há de se ressaltar o atendimento que foi excelente da chegada à partida.
