クリスマスの日の早朝についてしまい、お店も空いていないし困っていたら、近場の空いているスーパーまで案内してくれました。治安は少し怖かったですが、警備のスタッフの方がずっと立っていてくれたので安心して過ごせました。

The best thing about staying at this hotel is checking out of it.
Despite the privileged location, at the heart of the popular business neighborhood, this hotel lacks maintenance and better conservation (rooms are old and with heavy odor of mold, mattresses are old and uncomfortable).
It wouldn't hurt if the staff used a little more friendliness with the guests. They don't seem to genuinely care about our needs and requests.

Good location of the hotel to visit the Centro of São Paulo. Near the metro station and easy access. Nice service in the hotel but hard to be understand in English, or to have informations. However, staff did their best. Our Roms didn't look so clean, but was finally not so bad. Good hotel for cheap stay in Rio down town.

Cheguei ante do horário de entrada, mas o atendente sequer se preocupou em olhar se havia algum quarto livre, apenas me disse o horário do check-in. A fechadura eletrônica destoa do resto do quarto, pintura velha, banheiro deprimente, cheirando a bolor e com os azulejos sujos e velhos, a pia, sem lugar para colocar uma nécessaire ou qualquer coisa, as luminárias tortas, e um sabonete terrível. Travesseiros duros e ruins, toalhas velhas e puídas. O quarto não tem uma lixeira e sequer um copo. O café da manhã é honesto. Há inúmeras opções na mesma faixa de preço, nos arredores, inclusive da mesma rede, que são muito melhores.

Já passou da hora de trocarem as roupas de cama e banho. Os lençóis e fronhas estão tão encardidos que dá nojo de usar. A colcha que colocam sobre a cama nunca foi lavada porque fede muito. As tolhas estão surradas e encardidas. Enfim o hotel precisa de um enxoval novo.

Hotel fica estrategicamente região central, bom hotel. Hotel acomodações bem limpas e atendem bem, bom café da manhã. Em uma viagem a que procura 25 Março, Brás e Bairro da Liberdade ótima opção . Como sempre e válido para todo lugar no Brasil bom se cuidar com celular e bolsas. Sair à noite só mesmo de Uber. Apenas não gostei das roupas de camas e tolhas e me foi negado uma segunda toalha.
