Staff members are extremely nice and always willing to help.

Excellent hotel with a shopping mall nearby plus 5 minutes from downtown.

The hotel is really old and smells like mold. The towels and bed linen were see through thin, very old. The sheets were smaller than the bed and of really poor quality. When we arrived there was no towels.

everything was above expectations, they even had a place where I could spend time with the kids having fun games. Only thing is the towels were smelling bad, even the fresh ones.

O Nacional Inn São José dos Campos é uma boa opção de hospedagem, principalmente se levar em conta a localização. Fica as margens da Rodovia Presidente Dutra, ressalvando-se que o barulho da rodovia não é um problema, visto que os quartos possuem isolamento acústico nas janelas. Adicionalmente, fica a 1 quadra do Centervale Shopping, com boas opções de alimentação. Também há um Extra Hipermercado na mesma calçada, caso precise de algum item. Possui fácil acesso para qualquer localidade da cidade, aeroporto e rodoviária. O serviço é bom, café da manhã bem completo, apesar de ficar cheio nos horários de pico. Possui uma área de lazer agradável, piscina bonita. O quarto é confortável e atende bem a necessidade de um sono confortável, entretanto carece de reformas e precisa de cuidados. Um hotel desse porte poderia ter por exemplo, tomadas no novo padrão brasileiro dentro do quarto, o que não há com facilidade. No quarto que fiquei no 12º andar, só há 1 tomada no novo padrão e não fica no quarto, e sim na área de estar (quarto/flat). O hotel tem algumas áreas que visivelmente são muito antigas e poderiam ser submetidas a um retrofit. Também não possui gerador. No dia da hospedagem a concessionária de energia realizou uma manutenção (previamente comunicada aos hóspedes), o que causou falta de energia, mas entendo que pelo porte do hotel, poderia ter gerador.

It was a short overnight stay and I could not comment on more them a comfortable bed and a good shower.

In general all good, not a luxury hotel, but a great option to stay for a short vacation.

Place was nice and affordable. A Vito loser but clean and well maintained.

The hotel had a fair price for my stay and it was a good deal. Facilities are ok for resting and everything else, with adequate comfort, but do not consider something luxurious or sophisticated. Staff were always very kind and helpful. One remark: at the end of breakfast time, they announce they literally take everything out from the buffet, then plan to arrive a bit earlier if you don’t want to be bothered by this.

I was misleaded by the advertising of the hotel, expecting to be a nice and economic hotel, it turned out to be a very old hotel, poorly kept with a lousy services. And as they charge for the parking, the economic part was some how affected as well. Definitely I don't recommend it!
